An Interview with Brian Willett
Brian loves technical challenges and variety in his wastewater management work
In early January of 2018 I visited Brian Willett, the chief operator of the St. Albans City wastewater plant, at his worksite. He was hired at the treatment plant in his mid-twenties and has been working there for 31 years. In this interview Brian explains what it takes to do his job and what he thinks about his work. His comments suggest that working in the field of wastewater management is never boring and definitely worthwhile. I hope you enjoy hearing about a field of work that people rarely think about.
